Select the Teaching Team(s) you would like to visit. Select multiple teams by holding down Control (if you are using a computer running a Windows operating system) or Command (on Mac OS X) while clicking on all the teams you wish to request.

Enter any information about the general or specific topic(s) you would like the Teaching Team to cover. Also include what has already been covered, or what the students can be expected to be familiar with.
Example:We have been working on wave mechanics and optics for the past few weeks. The students should already know about concepts like wavelength and frequency, but many of them are shaky on this subject. It would be great if you could provide a demonstration of the Huygen's principle and Snell's law of refraction.
Describe the group of students that the Teaching Team(s) will be working with. The number of students and their grade levels are especially important.
Example:The afterschool program draws a different group of students every week, but generally, about 10-15 students show up. Most of them are tenth and eleventh graders, though there are a couple of very bright ninth graders who are sometimes present.
When would you like the outing to take place? Please be as specific as possible. Exact dates and times make it easier to recruit volunteers. If it turns out that not enough volunteers can go on a certain date, you can simply submit another request with a different date / time.
Examples:
Wednesday, either October 8 or 15 would be ideal. I have one class from 10:34 AM to 11:49 AM and another from 2:31 PM to 3:46 PM. I would like a Teaching Team to come to either, preferably both!
The afterschool program happens every Tuesday this semester from 3 PM to 4 PM.
