IT requests

Submit all information technology requests and questions here. Contact the IT team for the following:

  • Editing and updating the website content
  • Forms for accepting responses from teachers and volunteers
  • Putting new team heads on the relevant mailing lists
  • Getting access to the Google drive
Email the IT directors (ysp.information.technology[at].gmail.com) for any requests that can't be sent through the form.

Publicity requests

Submit all information publicity requests and questions here. Contact the publicity team for the following:

  • Putting events on the newsletter
  • Adding events to the newsletter for volunteers to RSVP
  • Adding events to the calendar
Email the Publicity Coordinator directors (ysp.publicity[at].gmail.com) for any requests that can't be sent through the form.

Reimbursements

To get reimbursed for a YSP purchase, fill out this form and keep the receipt until you have received your reimbursement.

All volunteers interacting with students in schools are required to have a background check completed. Instructions are found here.
